Return Window

30 days from the date of receipt. No questions asked.

Condition Requirements

The watch must be returned in its original condition, in the original Maison box, with all accessories. Watches showing signs of use or damage beyond initial inspection are not eligible for a full refund.

How to Return

1. Email support@rivierevalmont.com with your order number.
2. We respond within 48 hours with a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the watch in original packaging and drop off at the carrier.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
