FAQ — The Final Maison Release

Why is the price so low?

The boutique price for a Rivière Valmont watch ranged from €380 to €550 depending on the model. We are releasing the final 847 pieces at 80% below that price — not because the watches are worth less, but because warehousing them indefinitely serves no one. These watches were made to be worn, not stored.

Is this a real brand?

Rivière Valmont is an independent European maison that operated for 41 years without public presence. It has never advertised, never sold online, and never sought recognition. This is its first and only public release.

Will you restock?

No. The 847 pieces in this release represent the Maison's entire remaining inventory. When they are gone, the Maison closes. No new production is planned. No restock orders will be placed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days from our European warehouse. Estimated delivery is 7–14 days worldwide. Full tracking is provided at dispatch. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.

What is included in the package?

Every order includes: the watch in a Maison-stamped box, a certificate of authenticity, the complimentary Valmont Silver Bracelet, and care instructions.

What is the return policy?

30-day full refund, no questions. Return the watch in its original packaging. Contact support@rivierevalmont.com to initiate.

Is the warranty real?

Every Rivière Valmont watch carries a 2-year mechanical warranty against manufacturing defects. To activate, register your serial number at support@rivierevalmont.com within 30 days of receipt.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards, PayPal, and all methods available at Shopify checkout.

Can I track my order?
